Claims are true. Put in a slightly damp bar, not sopping, and it comes out dry at your next destination. Looks to be a vapor permiable membrane such as GoreTex. These require a moisture gradient to work. That is, it has to be drier on the outside.

Towel parting the bar first, ours comes out no-mush dry after a few hours, even in the luggage.

Looks small, but holds a normal size Dove with ease.
