I love the travel toiletries kit. I got one when I traveled on my first Rick Steves tour in 2017. I love the capacity, the mesh pockets on the sides and the inside compartments but I had the same problem another customer has had in that the side seam to the mesh pocket comes undone. This happened a few years after I had the first one and I let you know and you replaced which I greatly appreciated. But it has happened again. I have looked for other toiletry bags but nothing is so well arranged as the bag you offer. Were you able to solve this problem?

From the organization point of view, this the best toiletries bag out there. No question about that. However, the very thin/light material used to make it becomes it undoing. For me, after 5/6 travels, the seems on the side compartment unraveled. I wish Rick Steves Europe will use better material and more robust stitches, may be a different manufacturer because I love this bag. To their full credit, the company sent me replacements both times.

This toiletries bag replaces the same design one from over 15 years ago. The multi pockets allowed me to organize everything as I needed. My wife now will use this one.
This item replaced my previous toiletry bag. Very good item. Great traveling bag. Recommend to everyone.
Surprising capacity while still being slim and easily fitting into luggage or carryon.
I am using my new toiletries kit as we speak here in Dublin. I appreciate how convenient it is to use in hotels with limited counterspace.

The Rick Steves hanging toiletry bag is well made. The large hook is so helpful, because I can hang the bag from a variety of places, including showers rods and towel racks
However, I am quite disappointed with this purchase. The older design, which had a narrower shape and vertical orientation was easier to wiggle into small spaces in a suitcase or backpack. The horizontal design isn’t as pliable when it has items inside, and takes up too much space on the counter. I’ll give this one as a gift and stitch up the worn out seams of the old design. It’s just the right size to take on a trip. It is well made. I plan to take it to Europe in a couple of weeks.
