It would have been nice if the zipper tabs had holes in them so that zipper clip locks could be secured to them. For the price I paid, the backpack zipper tabs should have had the holes, just my opinion. I bought new tabs with holes because I felt that was an important security feature. Otherwise the backpack seems fine.

I haven’t used it yet but I love its quality, shape, and simplicity. The arm straps are well padded. I also have the Rick Steves carry on and have used it numerous times on trips to Europe from the USA. I love the quality of Rick Steves products.
