Great suitcase. Appreciate the internal zip pouch that detaches

I follow Rick Steve's travel recommendations closely, thus bought this bag and have used it extensively during the past year. Pros: light weight, the side pocket for water bottle is excellent and convenient. Having 4 wheels is a plus - the wheels easily roll on tile but not so well on carpeting. Long zipper on outside great for travel documents. Interior design is ample, its square shape packs a lot. The inside attached zippered pocket unzip easily to transfer valuables to hotel safe. Cons: The zipper to the main compartment is a bit flimsy - tends to catch on the bottom unless the bag is completely flat when trying to close. This becomes cumbersome if trying to remove laptop to go through security. The grab handle on bottom is difficult to reach unless bag is laying flat - a regular handle on the bottom would be easier to grab to raise to overhead compartment. Even with closed extensor zipper, it is too wide for some airlines (Turkish air, Swiss air) and does not fit width wise in the sample for allowable space for overhead compartment - I've had to check bag a few times. The pockets on outside front are handy but so shallow they catch and tore - (the tear occurred when I was forced to check bag because did not meet carry on specifications for some airlines). The bag tends to tip forward when full even without zipper being extended, especially if a purse or backpack is hooked to the handle. Overall, I would buy again. With some minor modifications the bag can be improved.

Not good at airports to do that. Or when on escalators etc. I recommend it needs some redesign to not do that.

This is my second bag! It is the only luggage our family carries when traveling! This bag is the absolute best! Lightweight, perfect size and you can pull two bags at the same time with one hand. This is a great feature since we travel with two smaller children. I will buy this bag over and over again!
