Is this the right book for me?

Should I get Rick's Snapshot: Reykjavík guide in addition to the Iceland guidebook?

No, because the Snapshot guide for Reykjavík (now out of print) is simply several excerpted chapters taken directly from the complete Rick Steves Iceland guidebook. Even if you plan to only visit the Reykjavík area, it's smarter to travel with the current edition of our full Iceland guidebook than make do with an outdated copy of Snapshot: Reykjavík.
