Although it appears to be well made, the bag is much smaller than it appears in videos and pictures. The return cost me $20 to ship plus Rick Steves Luggage charges me the original $10 shipping fee which is BS since they advertise free shipping. Thus, I lost $30 on this return and cannot recommended this company.

I LOVE this bag. It is the perfect size for me. I love being able to see and access everything. I have tried other bags and none of them were quite right. This bag holds my purse, kindle/book, snacks, extra clothes, etc. There is plenty of space for anything I could need during a flight. I'm very satisfied!

I have had this bag for many years and it goes with me everywhere. This bag has traveled to Europe, South Pacific, Alaska, Mexico, Canada, Fiji, Australia, New Zealand on cruises and flights. You can really pack quite a lot of stuff in it to the point that, at my age, I wish it now were made with wheels.

Amazed at how much it holds. So nice that a pair of shoes fit easily in bottom. Handles both folded and rolled clothing items and has a very comfortable shoulder strap. Great value for the price.
